Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes we do, we ship worldwide.

Can you ship to a different address other than the registered Paypal/credit card address?
No, I'm afraid due to the current threat of internet fraud we are advised not to post to different addresses.

Why are your clothes so inexpensive?
We work on a small profit margin, low cost threshold and high turnover.

How often do you update your site?
The site is being updated once a week at present.

What condition are the vintage and preloved clothes offered for sale?
We make sure that all our vintage and preloved clothes meet our customers highest expectations by individually hand-picking them ourselves, they are in excellent condition, free of any flaws, rips, stains or excessive wear, unless otherwise stated.

What is your returns policy?

Can you sell my clothes for me from your shop?
Unfortunately we do not operate an agency business, however we may be interested in buying your items outright as long as they are well known high street labels or vintage pieces in impeccable condition, it doesn't matter what season or age they are, so if you live in the Worcestershire area just get in contact with us to arrange a mutually convenient time and place.

Can I reserve an outfit?
Yes, normally we will hold it for up to 48 hours, marking it as 'RESERVED' on the site.

What does RRP mean?
This was the original 'recommended retail price' of the garment for sale, the lower price is the current asking price.

How can I feel confident that the item will fit me?
Do not hesitate to ask for measurements for any item(s).

How much will it cost me to have the goods shipped?
Items are generally shipped out first class or by standard parcels via the Post Office and it all depends on the weight of the parcel, once an order/enquiry is received, on request, shipping costs can be given. We try to keep postage costs to a minimum, no charge is made for packaging.
